Job Summary

This role involves managing 0 km customer complaints, understanding product requirements and specifications, and coordinating tests for electronic products (cameras). The engineer will also document complaints on customer and Valeo platforms, monitor customer metrics, and collaborate with various internal and external teams, including customers and development centers. Participation in audits is also required.

Must Have

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality or complaint handling
  • Higher technical education
  • Basic electronics knowledge
  • Negotiation-level English (spoken and written)

Job Description

We are looking for a colleague for our expanding team.

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU:

  • Handling 0 km customer complaints
  • Understanding and applying customer requirements, product drawings, and specifications
  • Coordinating the execution of test measurements and examinations related to electronic products (camera)
  • Identifying and analyzing root causes of errors
  • Participating in the development of corrective actions, coordinating and monitoring their implementation
  • Applying quality techniques and methods (e.g., 8D, PDCA, FTA, Firewall), defining risk management actions, and monitoring their implementation
  • Interpreting laboratory analyses
  • Preparing test reports, reports, and presenting results
  • Monitoring customer portals and Valeo interfaces, documenting complaints on these platforms
  • Monitoring customer metrics, preparing statistics, reports, and statements
  • Continuous cooperation with debug/analysis technicians, engineers, laboratory, supplier quality contacts, and other related departments
  • Regular communication with customers and the development center verbally and in writing, participating in meetings
  • Participating in customer, internal system, and process audits
  • Performing Control plan audits
