This role is for a Language Specialist in Customer Support (Email) based in Mountain View, CA, for a 6-12 month contract, focusing on providing email support.

Must Have

  • Fluent in verbal and written English and one of Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Telugu, Marathi, Swiss German, Belgian German, Polish, Japanese.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably email support.
  • Native speaker of one of the required languages.
  • Lived in locale for a minimum of 2 out of the past 5 years or a frequent traveler to Native country.
  • Undergraduate Degree required.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
