Java Lead (Strong Microservices and Spring Security)

InterSources Inc is seeking a Java Tech Lead with strong expertise in Microservices and Spring Security for a 6-12 month contract in Tempe, AZ. The role involves designing, coding, testing, and documenting web applications, integrating REST services, and leading technical delivery. Candidates must possess excellent object-oriented design skills, strong Core Java, Spring Boot, AWS, API/RESTful services, and SQL proficiency. Leadership and communication skills are essential.

Must Have

• Design, code, test, debug, and document web applications.
• Ability to take ownership of functionalities.
• Integrate and write REST services for backend and UI integration.
• Lead technical delivery with onsite and offshore team members management and mentoring.
• Excellent practical object-oriented software design skills.
• Strong expertise with Core Java, Design patterns and advanced data structures/algorithms.
• Experience developing complex data-driven server-side software in Java.
• Strong experience in developing with Spring MVC framework, Spring Core, and Spring Boot.
• Good knowledge of Spring Security.
• Know-How and Hands-on with AWS services and deployments.
• Significant experience developing effective APIs and RESTful services.
• Proficient in SQL and complex relational database design.
• Practical experience, as well as a deep understanding of service-side and middle-tier technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with Web 2.0 technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and AJAX).

Job Description

Role: Java Tech Lead (Strong Microservices and Spring Security)

Duration : 6-12 months

We require strong candidate on Microservices and Spring Security with coding and designing.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, debug, and document web applications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience developing robust, highly-available, high performance distributed systems.
• MUST Have : Excellent practical object-oriented software design skills .
• MUST Have: Strong expertise with Core Java, Design patterns and advanced data structures/algorithms at minimum
• MUST Have: Experience developing complex data-driven server-side software in Java.
• MUST Have: Strong experience in developing with Spring MVC framework, Spring Core, and Spring Boot . Good knowledge of Spring Security is required .
• MUST Have: Know-How and Hands-on with AWS services and deployments
• MUST Have: Significant experience developing effective APIs and RESTful services for internal and external consumption.
• MUST Have: Proficient in SQL and complex relational database design.
• MUST Have: Practical experience, as well as a deep understanding of service-side and middle-tier technologies, is a must: middle tier frameworks, caching strategies/solutions, messaging/queuing.
• Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are expected
• Preferred to Have: Experience with NoSQL solutions a must: MongoDB, Cassandra desired.
