InterSources Inc, founded in 2007, provides intelligent data solutions and builds products on Business Intelligence & Big Data platforms. This role is for a Language Specialist in Customer Support (Email) for a 6-12 month contract in Sunnyvale, CA. The specialist will handle customer inquiries via email, requiring fluency in English and another specified language, customer service experience, and strong analytical skills. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and 1-2 years of work experience.

Must Have

  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Fluent in verbal and written in one of the specified languages (Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese)
  • Previous experience in customer service (prefer email support experience)
  • Native Speaker (of the chosen language)
  • Must have lived in locale for a minimum of 2 out of the past 5 years or a frequent traveler to Native country
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • 1-2 years of work experience

Job Description

Role: Language Specialist (Customer Support (Email))
