Localization Quality Assurance Tester (Italian)

Join our Localization Quality Assurance department to ensure the quality of games. Responsibilities include finding and correcting translation errors, checking game tone and style, creating reports, and submitting quality improvement suggestions. The role requires native or C2 Italian and C1 English proficiency, strong grammar, MS Office skills, and excellent communication. This is a remote, casual contract position offering a chance to enter the gaming industry.

Must Have

• Find and correct translation errors, spelling mistakes, and ambiguities
• Check the game’s tone and style, audio, text, and cultural correctness
• Create reports in Excel and Jira
• Submit quality improving suggestions for errors found
• Italian C2 level or native
• English C1 level to ensure internal communication and reporting
• Perfect knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation of your language
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Great communication skills allowing precise and clear expression
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure of time

Good to Have

• Passion for gaming and curiosity for new titles
• Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing
• Familiarity with platforms like Sony (PS4/PS5), Microsoft (PC, Xbox One/XSX/XSS), Nintendo (Switch), Apple (iOS)
