LIMS Consultant (Thai Language Required)

We are seeking a technically skilled Implementation Consultant to join our client's professional services team. This role is perfect for individuals with a software development background who are passionate about bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will be crucial in implementing configurable SaaS software solutions for clients, working directly with end users and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Must Have

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
• Translate requirements into system specifications and configurations.
• Implement and configure software solutions to meet client needs.
• Deliver user training and support UAT and validation activities.
• Provide technical leadership and best practice recommendations.
• Travel to client sites for project delivery.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Proven LIMS experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.
• Excellent Thai and English communication and presentation skills.

What you will do:

• Work closely with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows.
• Translate business and functional requirements into system specifications and configurations.
• Implement and configure software solutions to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with industry practices and compliance standards.
• Deliver user training and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership during implementation, offering best practice recommendations.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

What you will need:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.).
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Proven LIMS experience
• Knowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.
• Excellent Thai & English communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
