Internship in Human Resources

Valeo Térmico is seeking a Human Resources intern to actively participate in personnel selection processes, including vacancy publication, candidate screening, and interview coordination. The role also involves administrative support, database updates, document management, training follow-up, and using global tools like Workday, as well as contributing to Employer Branding initiatives.

Must Have

• Student of Business Administration, Labor Relations and HR
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Very good level of English

Valeo Térmico is looking for a person to join the Human Resources team. In this opportunity, you will actively participate in:

🔹 Personnel selection processes from beginning to end.

🔹 Publication of vacancies and initial screening of candidates.

🔹 Coordination of interviews with managers.

🔹 Support in administrative tasks of the plant (updating the employee database, document management, training and onboarding follow-up).

🔹 Use and learning of global tools such as Workday.

🔹 Participation in Employer Branding initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Student of Business Administration, Labor Relations and HR.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good level of English.
