[HR Div.] Performance Management Specialist (HRM) (2-5 years / Contract)

This team is responsible for establishing and executing systems that enable members to set goals aligned with the company's and organization's direction, achieve goals, and grow through continuous performance management in the constantly growing and changing KRAFTON.

Must Have

• Experience in performance management and evaluation operations (at least 1 year of relevant experience required)
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong desire for growth
• Possesses smooth communication, reporting, data analysis, and document writing skills
• Has flexible communication, respect, and a collaborative mindset
• No disqualification for overseas business trips

Good to Have

• Experience working in the game industry or content/entertainment industry
• Fluent in English communication
• Able to work using Workday
