- Experience in performance management and evaluation operations (at least 1 year of relevant experience required)
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong desire for growth
- Possesses smooth communication, reporting, data analysis, and document writing skills
- Has flexible communication, respect, and a collaborative mindset
- No disqualification for overseas business trips
Good to Have
- Experience working in the game industry or content/entertainment industry
- Fluent in English communication
- Able to work using Workday

- We are looking for talent who wants to grow by proactively performing the entire cycle from requirements analysis, system design and operation, to member change management, based on an understanding of the company and the business.

- Operate performance management and evaluation processes
- OKR education and change management activities (training, guides, etc.)
