Job Description

The China Rewards team is looking for a student intern to assist with the implementation of benefits programs. Responsibilities include coordinating communication sessions and preparing materials, designing promotional content to increase employee awareness of benefits and wellbeing initiatives, supporting the daily administration and annual renewal of benefits programs, collaborating with site HR for on-site wellbeing activities, refining and maintaining the SharePoint for the Country Rewards page, and assisting with other ad-hoc Rewards assignments.
Must have:
  • Second/Third year Bachelor's or First/Second year Master's student
  • Human Resources Management/Psychology/English Literature/Business Administration majors preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills preferred

China Rewards team manages compensation and benefits programs that succeed in attracting and retaining employees. We love to work as a team to find comprehensive and innovative solutions to complex situations. We’re looking for a student Intern working with us to help with the benefits programs’ implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the benefits programs’ communication sessions/trainings arrangement, and support the communication materials preparation as needed
  • Support on designing engaging promotional materials (emails, posters, health newsletters, etc.) to boost employee awareness of benefits programs or wellbeing initiatives
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of benefits programs as well as annual renewal process  
  • Collaborate with site HRs for on-site wellbeing activities arrangement
  • Refine and maintain the SharePoint for Country Rewards page
  • Assist with other ad-hoc Rewards assignments

Requirements:

  • Second/Third year in Bachelor study, or First/Second year in Master study;
  • Human Resources Management/Psychology/English Literature/Business Administration majors are preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills are preferred
