Job Description
The candidate will join the NXP Product and Test Engineering team, focusing on Automotive Microcontrollers. Responsibilities include developing and debugging test software and hardware for silicon evaluation, characterization, qualification, and mass production issues on ATE. The role involves collaborating with global cross-functional teams to identify root causes and resolve product issues. Essential qualifications include pursuing a BS or MS in IC design, Micro-Electronics, Electronic, Computer Science, or related fields, familiarity with Microcontrollers or Microprocessors, coding skills (C, C++, VB, Python), strong problem-solving abilities, good communication and teamwork skills, a sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, and openness to challenges. Proficiency in oral and written English (CET6 or above) is required. The position is for an intern in Product/Test Development Engineering.
Must Have:
- Pursuing BS/MS in relevant field
- Familiarity with Microcontrollers/Microprocessors
- Coding skills (C, C++, VB, Python)
- Strong problem-solving
- Good communication & teamwork
- Ownership, willingness to learn
- Proficient English (CET6+)
Job Description:

Qualifications:
- Pursuing in BS or MS in IC design, Micro-Electronics, Electronic, Computer Science or other related majors.
- Familiar and Application of Microcontroller or Microprocessor.
- Coding skill (C, C++, VB, Python, etc.)
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving capability.
- Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
- Strong ownership, willing to learn, open to challenges and self-motivated.
- Good level on oral and written English, CET6 or above.
