Job Summary
NXP is seeking a 2026 Intern - System & Application Engineer to support Power Management IC products in Automotive, Industrial, and IoT applications. Responsibilities include customer technical support, reproducing failures, manual OTP programming, setting up test benches, developing automation test benches, and creating documentation. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in EE with a background in analog/digital circuits and proficiency in a coding language like C, Python, or Java, along with MCU knowledge.
Must Have
- Support Power Management IC products in Automotive, Industrial and IOT applications
- Participate in customer technical support
- Reproduce failures of customer founding
- Manual programming OTP
- Set up test bench for lab validation
- Develop and debug automation test bench
- Create and modify English or Chinese documentation for customer usage
- Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree, majored in EE
- Background on Analog electrical circuit
- Background on Digital electrical circuit
- Skills and knowledge on one coding language (C, C++, Python, Java, Labview or VB)
- Knowledge of MCU architecture and principle
Good to Have
- Good hands-on skills with lab equipment (power supply, oscilloscope, multimeter)
- Experience developing electrical board or MCU coding
- Good communications skills, verbal and written
- Fluent English

- Support Power Management IC products in Automotive, Industrial and IOT applications
- Participate in customer technical support with leading by NXP application engineers: reproduce failures of customer founding, manual programming OTP, set up test bench for lab validation.
- Develop and debug automation test bench such as efficiency validation, fault injection test etc.
- Create and modify English or Chinese documentation for customer usage.
Qualification:
- Pursuing in bachelor’s or master’s degree, majored in EE.
- Have background on Analog electrical circuit, Digital electrical circuit.
- Have skills and knowledge on one coding language such as C, C++, Python,Java, Labview or VB; know the architecture and principle of MCU.
- Preferred competence to have good hands-on skills such as be familiar with using lab equipment (power supply, oscilloscope, multimeter), developing electrical board or MCU coding.
- Good communications skills, verbal and written. Fluent English is admired.
