2026 Intern - Sales

NXP is seeking a Sales Intern for 2026 in Shenzhen. This full-time internship involves working with sales and supporting teams to develop sales capabilities, engaging daily with the BYD team on operational tasks, and exploring efficient frameworks for account management. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in EE, with strong communication, business acumen, and a keen learning ability, alongside fluency in English.

Must Have

• Bachelor or above degree. EE major is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good business acumen
• Strong learning capability, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English
• Work with sales / CAS & supporting function team(CSBS/Quality/Operation) to gain sales capability
• Responsible for BYD team daily engagement with BYD operation task
• Explore potential high efficiency framework to accelerate account management
