Job Description
Responsibilities include creating concept art, background design, and setting illustrations for 3D models. Proposing the direction of the game screen's look, focusing on backgrounds, and coordinating with related parties to incorporate the look into the game graphics. Leading the ordering and quality control of the background art team in 3D game development. The ideal candidate should understand the play and experience they want to achieve in the game, respond flexibly to changes, and be able to propose designs.
Good To Have:
- Knowledge of 3D drawing technology.
- Ability to use 3D software (Maya, Blender, etc.).
Must Have:
- Background art direction experience in game development.
- Basic art production skills (drawing ability and composition skills).
- Ability and awareness to match designs to the direction of the work.
- Experience creating 2D art using applications such as Photoshop.
- Business-level Japanese language skills.
業務内容
・3Dモデルを制作するためのコンセプトアート、背景デザイン、設定画等の制作
・背景を主としたゲーム画面のルックに関する方向性の提案と、
ルックをゲームグラフィックに落とし込むための関係者との折衝調整
・3Dゲーム開発における背景アートチームの発注や品質管理のリード
必須経験・スキル
・ゲーム開発における背景アートディレクション経験がある方
・基本的なアート制作技能（デッサン力や構成力）をお持ちの方
・作品の方向性にデザインを合わせる能力や意識をお持ちの方
・Photoshop等のアプリケーションを使った2Dアートの制作経験がある方
・ビジネスレベルの日本語スキル
歓迎経験・スキル
・3Dの描画技術に関する知識がある方
・3Dソフト（maya、blenderなど）を扱える方
