4. According to game settings, understand original art intentions, produce 3D character models and object resources, texture painting, and material production.
5. Understand the game's art style and quality follow-up, cooperate throughout the entire process to achieve the product's artistic effects.
6. High sensitivity and awareness of R&D processes and collaboration.
1. Strong art background, college (full-time) degree or above.
2. Proficient modeling skills, solid drawing techniques, and good color sense.
3. Proficient in operating and mastering 3dmax/Maya, Zbrush/Mudbox, Substance Designer/Painter, Quixel suit, Marvelous Designer, Photoshop, and other related production software.
4. Certain game development experience with Unreal Engine is preferred.
5. Rich experience in developing next-gen games.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills, strong team awareness, keen sense for new technologies, and strong learning ability.
