Job Description

Join Stim's team as a 3D production supervisor for a TV animation series. You will be responsible for the complete monitoring of 3D production, from initial briefing to final delivery, working closely with other supervisors, the production team, and the director. Key missions include collaborating with department heads to improve rushes, pipeline, and processes, proposing creative solutions to meet budget and deadlines, defining artistic team objectives, anticipating project challenges, and fostering a positive work environment.

Good To Have:

Knowledge of scripting (Python, VEX…)
Experience with Houdini, Gaffer, Maya pipelines
Very good command of Houdini
Good understanding of English

Must Have:

Collaborate with department heads on rushes, pipeline, and processes, constantly seeking to improve them.
Propose creative solutions to meet budget and deadlines.
Define, with production, the objectives, needs, and planning of artistic teams.
Anticipate challenges of upcoming projects, report delay risks, and provide solutions.
Be a decision-maker in case of technical or organizational blockage.
Foster a serene and motivating work environment, in line with the studio's values.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the animation or VFX industry.
Very good command of the 3D pipeline (modeling, lookdev, FX, lighting, animation, compositing) – technical and artistic.
Ability to work autonomously while coordinating a team.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in French (oral and written).
Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and manage tight deadlines.
Comfort collaborating with diverse profiles and personalities.
