[5minlab] [Dinkum Together] Balance Designer

Project Introduction

'Dinkum Together' is a mobile game in the survival crafting genre, full of things to see, play, and create. It is a spin-off game currently under development, based on the original 'Dinkum' IP, which was released after approximately 3 years of early access. The goal is to include new experiences unique to Dinkum Together, in addition to the exploration, gathering, hunting, and building content provided in the original. We are considering multi-platform expansion in the future.

Responsibilities

• Planning and designing combat, growth, and economic balance for 'Dinkum Together'
• Analyzing and improving balance metrics based on data
• Designing balance for new content and improving balance for existing content
• Responding to and resolving balance issues occurring during live service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mobile game balance design or equivalent capabilities
• Extensive experience playing various genres of mobile games and high understanding of balance
• Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High understanding of 'Dinkum' IP
• Experience in developing/servicing survival crafting genre games
• Experience using Unity engine
• Possession of mathematical/statistical knowledge
• Experience in overseas game service
