We are looking for:
Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced Accelerator Team Project Manager to join our high-performing team.
This is a temporarily part-time role, working approximately 25 hours per week. This role is likely to convert to a full-time, salaried position.
Working hours are in Eastern Standard Time.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional client teams to execute accelerator programs and contribute to a successful partnership between the teams. For the Accelerator Program, this includes helping to onboard participating organizations, planning and executing a weeklong, in-person Kickoff featuring ~40 sessions/events, helping organize 6 months of Virtual Trainings and mentorship for the cohort, and planning and preparing for a week-long in-person Demo Day and Graduation annually.
- Provide execution support for central team programs, including planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization. Specifically support the global mentoring program, for roughly 20 accelerators and over 800 mentors, and optimizing the tech platform Advocu that it operates on.
- Track and analyze key program data to report on success metrics and drive continuous optimization of program processes.
- Develop and maintain program assets and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with best practices.
- Support the development and execution of the program volunteer engagement plan, ensuring volunteers are informed and motivated. For the Accelerator, this includes onboarding and supporting over 100 volunteers throughout the course of the program, and preparing for and executing roughly 20 virtual volunteer check-ins.
- Drive all participant communications, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, ensuring a clear, consistent, and high-quality experience. This involves crafting and sending all communications to participants and volunteers, amounting to several info-dense communications each week for large audiences that need to be actionable and accurate.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of project and/or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Communications, Organizational Leadership/Development, Business Administration, etc.)
- Experience with Google products and services
- Understanding of technology and generative AI
- Impeccable project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders across the globe
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Familiarity with the startup and non-profit ecosystem
- Passion for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship
Compensation & Benefits:
This temporary contract role offers a salary of $60/hr. The full-time salary range for this position at the time of conversion is $130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
