Job Summary
Strella is seeking an Account Executive to join their team at a pivotal moment, reinventing qualitative research with AI. This role involves owning the end-to-end sales process, selling to enterprise buyers, and partnering with founders to define the go-to-market motion. The ideal candidate will close significant deals, run outbound campaigns, and contribute to scaling the company.
Must Have
- Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close.
- Sell to enterprise buyers: product teams, researchers, insights, and marketing leads.
- Partner closely with the founders on strategy, messaging, pricing, and sales ops.
- Run outbound: develop creative campaigns, test messaging, and break into new verticals.
- Communicate closely with product to continuously improve our product.
- Shape the GTM playbook.
- Closed 6-figure deals.
- Sold to product or insights teams.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and loves building from zero.
- Naturally curious, great at discovery, and deeply customer-centric.
- Worked in early-stage B2B SaaS (Series A or seed-stage preferred).
- Excited about owning a number and being the tip of the spear in GTM.
Good to Have
- Experience selling research, analytics, or AI/ML platforms.
- Strong outbound skills or interest in building outbound motion.
- Prior experience in a founding AE or early seller role.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join us at a pivotal moment in our journey. You’ll own the sales process end-to-end and help define our go-to-market motion. This is an opportunity to close meaningful deals and shape how we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close
- Sell to enterprise buyers: product teams, researchers, insights, and marketing leads
- Partner closely with the founders on strategy, messaging, pricing, and sales ops
