Job Description

As an Account Executive Coordinator, you will be part of the Account Management team, providing day-to-day support across one or multiple client accounts. You will act as the key operational contact, ensuring that client requests are clearly communicated and properly executed within the agency. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate internal workflows, manage timelines, and follow up on deliverables with various teams and suppliers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and involves building client relationships, managing projects, overseeing campaign production, and preparing documentation.
Must Have:
  • Build and maintain client and internal agency relationships.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers for project execution.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Oversee production and delivery of on/offline campaigns.
  • Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for client and internal meetings.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates to senior Account Management.
  • Support budget tracking and coordination of billing processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in project coordination or client management, preferably agency.
  • High English proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of the digital communication landscape.

Overview

As an Account Executive Coordinator, you will be part of the Account Management team, providing day-to-day support across one or multiple client accounts. You will act as the key operational contact, ensuring that client requests are clearly communicated and properly executed within the agency.

Your main responsibility will be to coordinate internal workflows, manage timelines, and follow up on deliverables with teams such as Creative, Production, Strategic Planning, Media, and other specialist teams or external suppliers.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to integrate quickly into collaborative environments. You will report to an Account Manager or Account Director, who will lead the strategic relationship with the clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain direct, effective relationships with the client’s marketing team and internal agency departments.
  • Coordinate internal teams and, when needed, external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Oversee the production and delivery of on/offline campaigns and materials.
  • Prepare briefs, status reports, presentations, and other key documentation for internal and client meetings.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates to senior Account Management (Account Manager / Account Director).
  • Support budget tracking and coordination of billing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +1 year of experience coordinating projects or managing clients, ideally in an agency environment.
  • High english level to be assessed by our Talent Acquisition Team
  • Strong understanding of the digital communication landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; dynamic, organized, flexible, and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Openness to new ideas and adaptability to change.
