Job Summary
As an Account Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi (Publicis Groupe Japan), you will manage day-to-day client relationships and creative project delivery for Mondelez and HiKOKI. This role involves coordinating end-to-end creative development across various formats like TV, digital, and social, ensuring timely delivery, managing budgets, and fostering strong client and internal team relationships. You will collaborate with creative, production, and strategic teams to deliver high-quality communication work.
Must Have
- Manage day-to-day client communication and project workflow for Mondelez and HiKOKI
- Coordinate end-to-end creative development and production across multiple formats
- Ensure timely delivery of all tasks and campaign assets
- Contribute proactively to creative discussions and add value to the team’s work
- Manage project budgets, estimates, and invoicing with accuracy and transparency
- Foster strong, trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with partner agencies and external vendors for seamless project execution
- Support the Account Director in reporting, forecasting, and operational excellence
- 3–5 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency account management role
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns, including TVC production and digital/social content
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude under tight timelines
- Attention to detail and accountability in both creative and financial processes
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English

- TOEIC 850+ preferred

Overview
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving day-to-day client management and creative project delivery for Mondelez (confectionery category) and HiKOKI (power tools category).
You will be part of the Saatchi & Saatchi unit within Publicis Groupe Japan, collaborating closely with internal creative, production, and strategic teams to deliver high-quality communication work across multiple touchpoints — including TV, digital, social, and activation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple projects with energy and precision, loves working with creative teams, and enjoys building trusted relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
What you will do with us:
- Manage day-to-day client communication and project workflow for Mondelez and HiKOKI.
- Coordinate end-to-end creative development and production across multiple formats (TV, digital, social, event).
- Ensure timely delivery of all tasks and campaign assets according to project schedules.
- Contribute proactively to creative discussions and add value to the team’s work.
- Manage project budgets, estimates, and invoicing with accuracy and transparency.
- Foster strong, trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams (creative, production, strategy).
- Collaborate with partner agencies and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support the Account Director in reporting, forecasting, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
What you will bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency account management role.
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns, including TVC production and digital/social content.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude under tight timelines.
- Attention to detail and accountability in both creative and financial processes.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 850+ preferred).
