The Account Manager will be responsible for managing sales and maintaining existing relationships with SBM customers. This role involves operating as the lead contact, building strong client relationships, resolving conflicts, overseeing account management, negotiating contracts, and establishing budgets. The manager will also identify new sales opportunities, give presentations, forecast sales, communicate progress, and meet deadlines. Additionally, the role includes interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning work, ensuring policy conformance, providing leadership, conducting performance evaluations, rewarding, disciplining, and addressing employee complaints.
