Job Description

EvenUp is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join as a founding member of their new Account Management team. This role involves managing a book of business, building lasting executive partnerships with Enterprise law firm clients to maximize the value of EvenUp's AI platform. Responsibilities include managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and cross-selling new product lines to existing customers. The ideal candidate will own a revenue expansion quota and drive long-term partnerships.
Must Have:
  • Own an revenue expansion quota for a seasoned Enterprise book of business
  • Partner with CSMs to proactively engage customers at key lifecycle events
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities via repeatable outbound prospecting
  • Consult with firm executives and operational leaders to understand their operational challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions
  • Navigate a solution sales process by building relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate and coordinate customer procurement and contract execution for renewals and cross sales
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to your book, using creativity and strategic thinking to build long-term partnerships
  • 5+ years of experience in quota carrying SaaS roles (Sales, Account Management); minimum 3 years working with customers
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment via $100k+ ACV new business or cross sales
  • Experience managing a high-touch, Enterprise customer book of business with a balance of relationship-building and transactional efficiency
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; the ability to translate customer pain points into tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives, operations teams, and technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment

We’re looking for a self-driven, customer-obsessed Enterprise Account Manager to join as a founding member of our new Account Management team. As an Account Manager at EvenUp, you’ll be the CEO of your book of business, building lasting executive partnerships with our Enterprise law firm clients to help them maximize the value of our AI platform. You’ll manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and cross sell new product lines to existing customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own an revenue expansion quota for a seasoned Enterprise book of business
  • Partner with CSMs to proactively engage customers at key lifecycle events: post-onboarding check-in, business reviews, annual renewals, significant business activity (M&A, firm expansion, new markets)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities via repeatable outbound prospecting
  • Consult with firm executives and operational leaders to understand their operational challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions
  • Navigate a solution sales process by building relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders through remote and in-person meetings
  • Negotiate and coordinate customer procurement and contract execution for renewals and cross sales
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to your book, using creativity and strategic thinking to build long-term partnerships that fuel both customer success and EvenUp’s growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in quota carrying SaaS roles (Sales, Account Management); minimum 3 years working with customers
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment via $100k+ ACV new business or cross sales

Compensation & Incentives:

As a founding team member, this role has an On-Target Earnings (OTE) benchmark of $210,000 (USD), structured with a 60% Base / 40% Variable split.
