Job Description

As an Account & Relationship Management Executive, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, significantly influencing product/service terms. Your role involves leveraging deep business and account understanding to drive demand, revenue, and high customer satisfaction for Wolters Kluwer's offerings. You will develop key relationships, conduct needs analyses, negotiate sales, and implement targeted strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
Must Have:
  • Develop in-depth relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to align products/services to customer requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales with a high degree of authority.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Support clients during the implementation of products/services.
  • Resolve complex customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the account portfolio.
  • 3+ years’ experience in media/advertising sales within the Healthcare and/or Publishing markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills for setting terms and closing deals.
  • Solid understanding of the organization's products or services.
  • Ability to design and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Advanced use of Salesforce for account management.
  • High proficiency in resolving complex customer issues.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and adapting sales performance.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
