Job Description

Starkflow is hiring an Accounting Executive for a full-time, permanent position in Gurugram, Haryana. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day financial transactions (accounts payable and receivable), utilizing advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting, generating financial statements, handling invoicing and vendor audits, ensuring tax compliance, and accurately inputting financial data. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills with team members, external stakeholders, and immediate joiners. A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in advanced Excel, and a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field are required. Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Accounting and Book keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable.
Microsoft Advanced Excel Skills:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data efficiently.
- Prepare various financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
Financial Analysis:
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting.
- Generate and interpret financial statements.
- Raising invoices and auditing vendors invoices
Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns.
Data Entry and Accuracy:
- Input financial data into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy.
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial reports.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities.
Immediate Joiners:
- Welcome and support the onboarding process for immediate joiners.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Advanced Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
Semi-qualified CAs are first preference
