As an Ad Monetization Coordinator working at the forefront of in-game advertising, you’ll be managing accounts, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing ad campaigns on a huge scale. With performance data at your fingertips, you’ll be sharing insights throughout the company, driving the performance of numerous accounts. You work with people just as effectively as you work with data, and are experienced in turning high volumes of data into digestible action points.
In this role you will
* Manage accounts ensuring they deliver targets and goals.
* Continuously develop and evolve best practices to ensure accounts are effectively handled.
* Monitor and analyze performance trends and optimize campaigns to improve revenues.
* Monitor the performance of revenues and raise alerts on a daily basis.
* Set partner campaigns and optimize if needed.
* Monitor inappropriate ads on a QA level and assist accordingly.
* Gather and communicate valuable industry insights to internal teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technical Services.
* Continuously develop and evolve best practices to ensure accounts are effectively handled.
What we’re looking for
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Highly organized approach, with a strong work ethic and excellent time management.
* Analytical mindset, good with data analysis.
* Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
Your experience
* 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, advertising operations or client-facing interaction.
* Experience working with multiple teams and cross-functional interactions.
* Experience using Tableau, Microsoft BI or equivalents, Excel.
* Passion for mobile and tech.
