The Administrative Assistant will support administrative activities at the DEPOT.

Must Have

  • Execute routine and administrative controls, performing surveys, controls, schedules, conferences, and basic calculations to support sector routines.
  • Perform data entry, update spreadsheets, basic reports, records, and controls.
  • Review documents and records, supporting other sector employees as determined by immediate management.
  • Process area purchase requisitions when requested and monitor the order fulfillment process, including verifying that what was requested matches the product or service acquired.
  • Assist in the preparation/formatting of basic documents/procedures, spreadsheets, and dissemination of indicators.
  • Maintain contact with clients to obtain/exchange information.
  • Organize and keep updated files, registrations (if necessary), document records, and area information.
  • Provide administrative support to programs and projects, contributing to the improvement of services provided by the sector to internal and external clients.

  • Knowledge of Office Suite.
