The P-Core Department is looking for an administrative student to provide high-quality, reliable administrative support. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, managing calendars, negotiating with other administrators for complex meetings and international travel, organizing face-to-face meetings, providing local administrative support in Haifa and Petah-Tikva, acting as an information resource for policies and procedures, managing department recognitions, and tracking headcount and spending. Assignments may involve working within a globally dispersed team.
Must have:
  • Currently enrolled in a B.A. or M.A. degree
  • Available to work 3-4 days/week
  • At least 4 semesters until graduation
  • High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Strong Excel skills for reports and data
  • Analytical thinking and data insights ability
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Operational understanding
Good to have:
  • Preferably in Social Science
  • Working with various systems
  • Managing cross-functional interfaces

Job Description: 

P-Core Department is seeking an individual to provide high quality, reliable administrative support. Will need to perform various administrative and project-related activities. Typical duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
  • Manager calendar schedule, coordinate/negotiate with other admins for complex meetings and international travel.
  • Organize FTF meetings and events
  • Giving local administrative support in ISR P-Core site (Haifa and Petah-Tikva)
  • BE the information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures among the employees
  • Manage department recognitions
  • Track headcount and spending


Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team

Qualifications:

  • Currently Enrolled to a B.A. or M.A. Degree in (Preferably in Social Science).
  • Available to work at least 3 to 4 days a week.
  • At least 4 semesters till graduation.
  • Very high level in spoken and written English.
  • Ongoing work with reports and data – strong Excel skills required.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to draw insights from data.
  • Working with various systems and managing cross-functional interfaces.
  • A process-oriented mindset and a strong operational understanding.
