Job Description

Netflix’s Ads Measurement team is looking for an Ads Measurement Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will drive the development and execution of measurement strategies that inform our advertisers' understanding of how Netflix performs against their key KPIs. You will work hand in hand with the Global Brands team, and be the main measurement point of contact for a select number of Global clients, ensuring that our measurement frameworks deliver actionable insights and support business objectives. Good To Have:
  • Second language is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation is highly desirable

Must Have:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in research, measurement, or analytics roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing learning agendas & measurement strategies for large-scale brand initiatives
  • Strong experience engaging directly with clients, presenting insights, and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Proven ability to synthesise data from multiple sources and “connect the dots” to drive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape across all kinds of media channels and methods of buying
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills

The core Netflix Ads team is charged with building a new, best-in-class ads organisation to establish Netflix as the go-to platform for advertiser partners. The Netflix Ads Measurement team is tasked with building industry-leading research for advertisers in support of our broader advertising sales efforts.

The team is seeking an experienced individual to join on a 12 month FTC to lead the measurement strategy and execution across a number of key Global Brands as a parental leave cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive learning agendas that align with global brand goals and priorities.
  • Author and maintain the measurement strategy, ensuring consistency, rigor, and innovation in our approach to evaluating brand performance.
  • Serve as the primary measurement lead in client meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting insights and recommendations directly to global brand clients.
  • Act as a connector between the regional measurement teams across Netflix, ensuring alignment on methodologies, KPIs, and reporting standards.
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, measurement tools, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our measurement capabilities.
  • International travel required.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in research, measurement, or analytics roles, preferably within a global brand, agency or media organisation.
  • Second language is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing learning agendas & measurement strategies for large-scale brand initiatives.
  • Strong experience engaging directly with clients, presenting insights, and influencing senior stakeholders.
