As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, employing a cloud-first and mobile-first mindset, and working within an Agile framework to create value across diverse projects of varying scopes and scales. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that the development teams are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve team processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kotlin Programming Language. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
