  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance data.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field.

Papaya, one of the world's fastest-growing mobile gaming companies, is on the lookout for a talented Affiliate & Growth Manager to join our marketing team.

As an Affiliate & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate marketing channels. You will own the strategy and execution of affiliate initiatives, ensuring continuous optimization and measurable impact. This includes identifying, onboarding, and nurturing affiliate partnerships, managing day-to-day campaign activities, and analyzing performance to unlock growth opportunities.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to align on goals, refine campaigns, and maximize overall program performance. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and analytical skills to scale and elevate our affiliate marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the technical and analytical support and resources needed to drive results.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics to measure campaigns' effectiveness and continuously optimize deals /campaigns.
  • Manage the affiliate marketing budget to achieve desired results within allocated resources.
  • Conduct regular audits of affiliate sites to ensure quality and respect for the guidelines.
  • Follow any legal changes/ requirements and make sure all Affiliate partners are compliant.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
  • High understanding of performance marketing and user acquisition concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with incentivized and CPE (Cost Per Engagement) campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in building partner relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the marketing field.
  • Experience with the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
