This role involves contributing to growth initiatives that drive strategic value, innovation, and revenue, with a specific focus on programmatic platform enablement and monetization.

  • Help customers make decisions to meet their technical and business objectives by providing best practices.
  • Proactively identify and close gaps in customer solutions.
  • Help customers adopt and scale data solutions to improve their businesses.
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and opportunities.
  • Lead and deliver initiatives and customer engagements.
  • Understand business requirements to plan and manage all phases of a customer project lifecycle.
  • Protect the core value of the relationship and identify strong opportunities to communicate to sales.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform sales process and product roadmap.
  • Lead and manage top enterprise accounts with help from a Marketing Manager.
  • Contribute to the strategy, vision and process for the team.
  • Deeply understand the needs, objectives, concerns and goals of the customer to deliver value.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5 plus years of Account Management experience with a BA/BS degree, preferably in advertising or media tech.
  • Hands-on expertise with audience data, CTV, Streaming Audio, DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Servers.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and priorities across multiple accounts.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive, with leadership and sales experience considered a plus.

This person will be responsible for contributing to and collaborating on growth initiatives that drive strategic value, innovation, and revenue. You’ll specifically focus on programmatic platform enablement and monetization.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Inspire customer confidence through timely and reliable execution of services and develop product usage maturity models to ensure customers track to the most effective use of TruAudience Data Marketplace.
  • Help customers make decisions to meet their technical and business objectives by providing best practices by proactively identifying and closing gaps.
  • Help customers adopt and scale data solutions to improve their businesses. Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Lead and deliver initiatives and customer engagements. Understand business requirements to plan and manage all phases of a customer project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Help protect the core value of the relationship and identify strong opportunities to communicate to sales to help grow the business.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as advocates (e.g., testimonials, case studies) for TransUnion.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap to drive solution and feature innovations.
  • Brings a unique skillset or approach to the table in every customer engagement or internal activity.
  • Actively seeks responsibility and takes pride in delivering the highest quality results and recommendations to our customers.
  • Effectively integrates, motivates, and builds relationships with cross-functional team members (local or remote), sponsors, key stakeholders, and other individuals or organizations.
  • Lead and manage top enterprise accounts with the help from a Marketing Manager. Contribute to the strategy, vision and process for the team.
  • Deeply understand the needs, objectives, concerns and goals of the customer to deliver value.
