AI Adoption Unit Lead

JetBrains is seeking an entrepreneurial AI Adoption Unit Lead to establish and grow a new consulting practice. This role involves defining and executing strategies to integrate JetBrains' AI-driven developer tools with large enterprise customers. The lead will develop frameworks, build and manage the AI adoption team, foster strategic partnerships, and act as a crucial link between product teams and clients, driving enterprise AI transformation.

Must Have

• Develop frameworks, playbooks, and ROI models for enterprise AI transformation.
• Build and lead AI adoption practice from initial pilots to scaled rollouts.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of forward-deployed engineers.
• Establish and grow partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms.
• Act as the bridge between JetBrains product teams and customer organizations.
• Experience building new business capabilities, methodologies, or teams from scratch.
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear business value and ROI for senior executives.
• Strong relationship building skills to act as a key liaison between external partners, enterprise customers, and internal product teams.
• 7+ years in consulting and strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record in business transformation or enterprise software delivery.
• Strong network across SIs, consulting firms, and enterprise technology leaders.
• Deep understanding of the modern software development lifecycle.
