Job Description

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Trend Micro, you will help shape the customer journey across onboarding, monetization, and retention. Your mission is to drive engagement and growth through impactful lifecycle strategies that deepen customer relationships and enhance the user experience across Trend Micro’s suite of security products. You’ll collaborate closely with product, growth, and campaign teams to deliver cohesive, data-driven, and personalized experiences. This role blends creativity with analytics to influence every stage of the customer lifecycle.

Must Have:

  • 4+ years experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing (B2C or B2B2C preferred)
  • Proven expertise in executing lifecycle strategies (onboarding, conversion, retention)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation or CRM platforms (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and customer segmentation
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Trend Micro, you will help shape the customer journey across onboarding, monetization, and retention. Your mission is to drive engagement and growth through impactful lifecycle strategies that deepen customer relationships and enhance the user experience across Trend Micro’s suite of security products.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, growth, and campaign teams to deliver cohesive, data-driven, and personalized experiences. This role blends creativity with analytics to influence every stage of the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives covering onboarding, activation, engagement, monetization, and retention across Trend Micro products.
  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns (email, in-product, push, and other owned channels) focused on personalized and data-driven engagement.
  • Build and manage A/B testing plans to optimize messaging, timing, and channel mix for measurable performance improvement.
  • Use CRM and analytics data to define segmentation, identify growth opportunities, and improve campaign targeting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Analytics, and Creative teams to deliver an integrated and seamless customer experience.
  • Implement automation and AI-powered personalization to enhance lifecycle journeys and operational efficiency.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, driving continuous improvement and insights sharing across teams.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing (B2C or B2B2C preferred).
  • Proven expertise in executing lifecycle strategies focused on onboarding, conversion, or retention.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation or CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and customer segmentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using AI-driven marketing tools and personalization systems.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, customer LTV modelling, and lifecycle performance measurement.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering closely with Product and Data teams in a technology-driven environment.
