Sprinklr is looking for a strategic and execution-driven Analyst Relations Manager to join our global Analyst Relations team. This role will focus on Sprinklr’s Core Product Portfolio — including Marketing, Insights, and Social — and will play a central role in shaping how leading analyst firms view Sprinklr’s innovation, differentiation, and market position.
You will act as a connector between our internal product, marketing, and executive teams and top industry analyst firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, highly organized, and thrives in high-visibility, fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Do
1. Strategic Analyst Engagement – Advisory & Day-to-Day Support
- Serve as a key member of the Analyst Relations team focused on Sprinklr’s core product suite.
- Own daily relationships and engagements with Tier 1 analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
- Lead scheduling, internal alignment, preparation, and follow-ups for all analyst briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions.
- Develop briefing books, positioning narratives, and post-briefing feedback summaries.
- Monitor analyst feedback and provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of Sprinklr’s 2025 Analyst Summit, with specific responsibility for showcasing the core product lines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product marketing, leadership, and events.
- Lead coordination of analyst invitations, session content, speaker preparation, and follow-ups.
- Help drive participation, message alignment, and feedback tracking for long-term impact.
3. Management of Key Industry Evaluations
- Lead Sprinklr’s participation in major analyst evaluations related to its core product offerings, including:
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to align messaging, strategy, and demo preparation.
- Manage all analyst communications and deliverables across briefing cycles, submissions, and feedback integration.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3–6 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, or a related function
- Proven experience working directly with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or similar firms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presence
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with precision and urgency
- Familiarity with SaaS, CX technology, or enterprise marketing/insights products is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted internal and external relationships
