Those in corporate finance at PwC will provide strategic financial advice and solutions to help clients navigate complex business transactions and optimise their capital structure. You will analyse financial data, conduct due diligence, and assist in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Responsibilities of the role

As a Deals Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing commercial proposals and participating in client meetings.
  • Planning and coordinating projects, defining timelines and tasks.
  • Supervising and reviewing the work of analysts.
  • Tracking key issues and ensuring delivery compliance.
  • Participating in the preparation of materials such as teasers, information memorandums and financial models.
  • Assembling long lists and contacting potential investors.
  • Collaborating in due diligence and transaction closing processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in M&A, investment banking, financial consulting or related areas.
