Those in corporate finance offer strategic financial advice and solutions to optimize capital structure, analyze financial data, conduct due diligence, and assist in transactions. As a Deals Consultant, you will prepare commercial proposals, coordinate projects, supervise analysts, track key issues, develop materials like teasers and financial models, contact potential investors, and collaborate on due diligence and transaction closing.
Must Have

- Track key issues and ensure delivery compliance.
- Participate in preparing materials such as teasers, information memorandums, and financial models.
- Assemble long lists and contact potential investors.
- Collaborate in due diligence and transaction closing processes.
- Previous experience in M&A, investment banking, financial consulting or related areas.
- University degree in Economics, Administration, Finance or Public Accounting.
- Advanced English (oral and written).

You will analyse financial data, conduct due diligence, and assist in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Responsibilities of the role
