Job Description
This Finance Internship position is on-site in Pinhais - Paraná. The intern will primarily assist with daily financial operations, including preparing documentation for supplier payments, taxes, and other financial obligations. Key responsibilities involve checking financial documents, supporting interactions with suppliers, banks, and internal clients, assisting with reconciliation routines, and providing support for expense report analysis and validation, as well as registering financial documents in the system.
Must Have:
- Assist in preparing payment documentation
- Assist in checking financial department documents
- Assist in serving suppliers, banks, and internal clients
- Assist in reconciliation routines
- Support in analyzing and validating expense reports
- Support for registering financial documents in the system
- Currently pursuing higher education in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- Intermediate Excel skills
