The Analytics Reporting Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive reporting and analysis to support sales operations. This includes analyzing the sales funnel, forecasts, and related KPIs to deliver data-driven insights to the North America Region and business segments. The role involves familiarizing with business-critical data, leading efforts to standardize reporting, developing Excel models and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements.

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel for creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical abilities to connect insights to business outcomes.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to navigate limited direction.
  • Capable of effectively presenting data and recommendations visually and verbally.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate successfully across teams.
  • Eager to enhance tools and methodologies continuously.

The Analytics Reporting Mgr is responsible for delivering comprehensive reporting and analysis to support sales operations. This includes analyzing the sales funnel, forecasts, and related KPIs to deliver data-driven insights to the North America Region and business segments.

Your role:

  • Rapidly familiarize yourself with business-critical data locations and system interactions, ensuring a seamless integration of information across different platforms.
  • Lead efforts to consolidate, standardize, and enhance reporting and analytics across various business units and sales channels, delivering accurate and timely insights to diverse audiences.
  • Develop sophisticated Excel models, dashboards, and visualizations to simplify complex data, enabling accurate sales alignment and identifying performance anomalies with proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements, manage project timelines, and continually seek improved tools and methodologies for enhanced reporting.

You're the right fit:

  • 2+ years of experience in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel for creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards, as well as strong analytical abilities to connect insights to business outcomes.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and matrixed environment, leveraging strong organizational and project management skills to navigate limited direction.
  • Capable of effectively presenting data and recommendations visually and verbally, with strong communication skills to collaborate successfully across teams.
  • Eager to enhance tools and methodologies continuously, while adapting to increased responsibilities and maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced setting; SQL and Data Bricks experience is a plus.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
