Accounting Manager, Temporary

Inspiren is seeking an Interim Accounting Manager for a six-month contract to enhance its financial infrastructure during a growth phase. This role involves leading the completion of a tech stack implementation (NetSuite ERP, Tabs, Hardfin, Ramp) and transitioning from an outsourced to an internal finance function. The manager will also refine financial close processes, focusing on meaningful reporting and actionable analysis, collaborating with diverse teams to build a robust foundation for the expanding company.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of experience
• Lead completion of overall tech stack implementation (NetSuite ERP, Tabs, Hardfin, Ramp)
• Complete transition from outsourced to internal finance function
• Craft and refine processes for a better financial close
• NetSuite ERP system implementation exposure
• Experience with internet-enabled hardware
• Advanced knowledge of inventory accounting systems
• Ability to design and implement financial processes
• Experience in financial system integrations within a growing organization
• Successful NetSuite ERP system rollout
• Proven record in optimizing financial close cycles
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and inventory accounting environments

Good to Have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

About the Role

Requirements and Skills

Details

• The annual salary range for this role is $75 - $85 per hour
