Epsilon is seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. This role supports the sales team by identifying and creating new qualified opportunities across advertising, marketing, and media solutions. Responsibilities include high-volume prospecting, developing sales playbooks, collaborating on 1:1 campaigns, maintaining CRM records, and meeting monthly/quarterly targets. It's an entry-level, on-site position perfect for someone passionate about sales and eager to kickstart their career.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with marketing or advertising products.
  • Experience with companies selling multiple, complex technology products.
  • Understanding of basic sales principles and techniques, including lead generation and qualification.
Must Have:
  • Identify and create new qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media) to generate leads.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Sales Development to develop and refine the sales development playbook.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create 1:1 campaigns to drive demand.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to prospects and internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and direct daily activities to align with targeted objectives.

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their career in sales.

  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with marketing or advertising products.
