The team's core mission is to create optimal gaming experiences by focusing on player behaviors and motivations. The Team Lead will implement best analytical practices in the Montreal/Quebec studio, promoting data usage in games. They will support production stakeholders in translating game-related concerns into actionable quantitative analyses of player behaviors, develop new techniques, and contribute to the team's knowledge and skills.
