About the role
We're looking for a highly analytical and hands-on data scientist to own GTM (Go-to-Market) analytics and insights. This person will have deep expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation, and turning data into actionable business recommendations. If you thrive on uncovering insights, building predictive models, and driving revenue impact through data, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Design and analyze data to optimize GTM motions across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Build predictive models for lead scoring, conversion forecasting, and customer lifetime value
- Develop dashboards and reports that surface key GTM metrics and insights to leadership
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and answer critical business questions
- Unblock yourself and others through collaboration, clear communication, and diving into the data
- Experiment with new analytical techniques and tools to continuously improve our GTM strategy
