Estoty, founded in 2012 in Riga, Latvia, expanded with a second studio in Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2014. Today Estoty is known as a creative video game developer with a keen eye for detail, crafting games across all platforms including PC, mobile, and VR.

With a portfolio of over 50 successful titles, Estoty has created global mobile hits such as Johnny Trigger, 2048, and Knife Hit, along with recent successes like Idle Breakers, West Escape, Raptor Evolution, Age of Sails, and My Little Universe. Collectively, Estoty’s games have been downloaded more than 2 billion times, with Johnny Trigger becoming the most downloaded mobile game worldwide in January 2020. This success has empowered Estoty to take on larger-scale projects, expanding its creative vision and pushing the boundaries of gameplay and storytelling.

Role

We're searching for a talented and passionate Animator / Cinematic Artist to join our dynamic game development team. In this role, you'll be crucial in bringing our game's narrative to life through captivating and immersive cinematic sequences and trailers. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to craft visually stunning and emotionally resonant moments that significantly enhance the player's experience. 
 

Responsibilities

• Design and create various character animations with Blender;
   
• Work closely with designers, artists, and developers to integrate animations into the game engine;
   
• Design and implement in-game cinematics and trailers from concept to final delivery;
   
• Implement lighting and post-processing effects in Unity to establish mood, atmosphere, and visual fidelity;
   
• Apply a deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing to create impactful cinematic sequences and promotional content.

Requirements

• Past experience as an Animator, Cinematic Artist or similar role;
   
• Good English is a must;
   
• Solid experience in 3D animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing character and/or cinematic animation;
   
• Excellent skills in Unity for animation, camera work, and lighting;
   
• Strong proficiency in Blender for modeling, rigging, and animation;
   
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration;
   
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced game development environment.

Bonus Points for

• Lithuanian language skills;
   
• Familiarity with motion capture data integration;
   
• A strong passion for video games and interactive storytelling.
