Job Description

The App Solutions Expert at Google's gTech Ads Solutions team acts as a trusted advisor to key Google Ads clients. Responsibilities include understanding client business challenges, architecting media plans, delivering technical solutions, and partnering with advertisers to achieve business outcomes. This role requires building relationships, driving product adoption, implementing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, advocating for new product features, and measuring the value of Google's ad solutions. Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory, with Spanish being a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a data-driven approach to solution development.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital media/marketing experience
  • 1+ year customer relationship/account management experience
  • Google Ads experience
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Search Products
  • Understanding of Media landscape and Google's advertising solutions
  • Optimization and troubleshooting experience
  • Cross-functional team collaboration

  • Fluent in Spanish

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with digital campaigns and Google Ads.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Search Products, the performance advertising market or online ads landscape.
  • Understanding of Media landscape and knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms. Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing insights to customers.
  • Ability to create programs to drive performance (e.g., product adoption plans; campaign syncs).
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

The gTech Ads Solutions team partners with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team to provide products and data to customers to meet their advertising goals. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with the agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to priority Google Ads clients by understanding how digital marketing and technology solutions can address their business challenges, acting as a collaborative and thought partner, architecting media plans and delivering on technical solutions to accomplish their business goals.
  • Partner and build relationships with external advertisers to unlock business outcomes powered by Google Ads campaigns, driving product adoption and business growth across sales lifecycle (support planning and pitching alongside Google Ads sales team, implement and optimize).
  • Advocate new product features on behalf of the customer and assist in the adoption of new products via setup/implementation, upgrades and migrations to help them build using Google Ads Products.
  • Measure, analyze and advocate for the value of Google’s Ad solutions in differentiation to performer offerings.
