As an industrial clerk (m/f/d), you don't just sit at a desk – you ensure that processes run smoothly. From procurement to production planning and customer service, you will get to know all important areas and become a true all-rounder.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN DURING YOUR APPRENTICESHIP

• Purchasing and warehouse management: Procuring materials, comparing offers, and managing supply chains
• Production planning: Coordinating processes, calculating costs, and keeping an eye on deadlines
• Sales & Marketing: Supporting customers, processing orders, and accompanying projects
• Human Resources: Organizing training, further education, and employee support
• Accounting: Analyzing figures, preparing balance sheets, and monitoring budgets
• Digital Tools & Communication: Proficient use of MS Office, ERP systems, and modern business correspondence

• Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 30 days holiday

• Mobility & Internationality: Deutschland-Ticket, EU exchange programs
• Personal support: Dedicated contact person, regular feedback
• Exam preparation: Two days paid leave
• Takeover chances: We want our apprentices to stay – if you are committed and show your strengths, the chances are excellent
• Your perspective after the apprenticeship: Salary group E6 – €3,521 (according to chemical collective agreement from April 2025)

• At least a good secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or university entrance qualification

• Interest in economics, organization, and commercial processes

• Enjoy planning, structuring, and working with data and numbers

• Strong communication skills and good expression – written and oral

• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and team spirit
