As the Area Vice President (AVP) of Commercial Sales for North America, you will lead a high-performing team focused on driving growth and retention within our existing customer base. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our commercial strategy, with a strong emphasis on upselling, cross-selling, and delivering exceptional customer value. You will be responsible for developing and empowering a team of sales leaders and Account Managers to deepen customer relationships, expand executive engagement, and drive strategic account growth. Success in this role requires a proven ability to multi-thread across organizations, articulate compelling business value, and elevate conversations to align with customer priorities. The AVP of Sales will report to the President of North America and will oversee a team of Regional Vice Presidents and Commercial Account Managers.
