The Asistente de Presupuesto y Facturación will be responsible for reviewing and controlling all budgets with the respective agency production areas and tasks. Key responsibilities include coordinating, reviewing, and controlling production work to ensure it is budgeted and sent to the client for invoicing. The role also involves reviewing, controlling, and analyzing income per client for monthly closing, preparing documentation for internal client control and internal audits, and controlling and verifying timely invoicing. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in budgeting and invoicing, proficiency in MS Office, and intermediate English language skills. A background in Administration or Accounting is preferred.
