We are looking for an experienced and motivated foreman for our branch in Přehýšov (Nýřany), who will become an integral part of our dynamic manufacturing environment.

How can you contribute to the change and development of the company?

• Lead and coordinate a team of operators and ensure efficient and safe operation of the production process - ultimately 50 subordinates
• Monitor and optimize production performance, identify and solve problem areas
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of production quality and efficiency
• Train and develop team members' skills, support their professional growth
• Closely cooperate with other departments such as planning, maintenance, and quality
• Contribute proposals and ideas that will move our production to a higher level

What do we need to know about you?

• Experience in a similar role of foreman / Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Technical education an advantage, basic orientation in technical drawings a condition
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-oriented, ability to solve problems and make decisions
• Interest in continuous improvement and innovation
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
• Communicative knowledge of English (daily use), excellent knowledge of Czech language
