As a Technical Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Sporty, you’ll play a crucial part in shaping our recruitment efforts, from crafting compelling job postings to maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.
You’ll support the full lifecycle of hiring, while ensuring every interaction with candidates feels seamless and positive. In this role you’ll be a trusted partner to hiring teams, offering guidance and insight into market trends, stakeholder needs, and hiring strategy.
You’ll also monitor key recruitment metrics and produce dashboards and reports to inform decision making. Flexibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset will help you thrive in our fast-paced, remote-first environment.
