Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant to work in our agency in Rio de Janeiro. Responsibilities include monitoring digital projects and campaigns (performance), following delivery schedules, aligning briefings with other agency areas, client relationship, assisting with budget and billing control, approval and analysis of content and creative pieces, and assisting in defining the scope of project requests. The position is hybrid, requiring three days a week at the agency in Barra da Tijuca. BETC HAVAS focuses on making a significant difference to brands, people, and businesses and embraces diversity.
Must have:
- Degree in Advertising or related areas
- Experience in agency or marketing team
- Intermediate knowledge of Office 365

- Graduação em Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas relacionadas;
- Experiência em agência ou em uma equipe de marketing;
- Noções em Pacote Office 365 (intermediário);
- Conhecimentos em ferramenta de gestão de projeto é um diferencial
