Job Description

The Assistant | Deputy Sales Manager will be responsible for pursuing sales leads, achieving personal sales objectives, and managing receivables within the assigned territory. Key duties include developing and penetrating target markets, supporting business development by identifying potential customers, and coordinating with internal teams. The role involves attracting new customers, increasing market intelligence, negotiating deals, and providing accurate sales forecasts. Additionally, the manager will identify customer requirements, appoint distributors, and ensure safe behavior.
Must have:
  • Pursue sales leads and achieve personal sales objectives with assigned products in the territory, ensuring complete collections.
  • Develop and penetrate all target markets based on the region's market.
  • Support business development and customer management by identifying potential customers and providing updated market intelligence.
  • Coordinate with customer services, supply chain, and logistics personnel.
  • Assist in product promotion, product trials, and related activities.
  • Identify and attract new customers (including distributors), pursue new applications, and interact with developers for profitable business.
  • Continuously increase market intelligence, update customer and competitor data, and apply sales process to meet or exceed targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers, providing operational guidance to relevant departments for implementation.
  • Identify customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Explore and appoint distributors and applicators as required to ensure smooth sales, operations, and market coverage.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support efficient planning of products and services.
  • Consistently exhibit safe behavior at driving, project sites, offices, and for self and others.

  • Pursue sales leads and achieve the personal sales objectives with the product range of the assigned products in the assigned territory with complete collections of all receivables.
  • Developing and Penetrating all Target Markets based on the market in the region.
  • Support business development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to supervisor/team,
  • Coordination with customer services/ Supply chain/ logistics personnel
  • Assistance in product promotion, product trials, etc.
  • Identify and attract new customers (Including Distributors), pursue new applications, and interact with corresponding process and product developers of the potential customers, leading to profitable future business.
  • Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data and apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant functional departments to ensure implementation.
  • Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
  • Explore and appoint distributors and applicators as required to ensure smooth sales and operations and ensure market coverage
  • Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services.
  • Consistently and continuously exhibit safe behavior at driving, project sites, offices and for self and others.
